Complimentary shuttles will be returning from Soldier Field to Union Station beginning at 8pm and running until 10pm. Limited parking will be available at Waldron Deck for $20.

Gear check is available for use by race participants only.

  • 5:00pm – 9:00pm on race day
  • Gear check bags must be 12” X 18” or smaller

Beer Tickets & Wristbands

Beer me! Bell’s Brewery is the Official Beer Sponsor of Rock The Night 5K, serving up ice-cold beer throughout the event. All participants will need a wristband to consume alcohol. We’ll check your ID and give you a verified wristband at Packet Pick Up or Race Day. Your first beer is on us. Additional beer ticket options:

Post-Race Party

After crossing the finish line (go you!), head over to the Post-Race Party for a live music extravaganza– see last year’s map for a rough schedule. Sip on ice-cold beer or soda and munch on tasty roasted corn, burgers, and hot dogs as you jam out to an impressive line-up of rock superstars.

Spectator tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the event for $25. Got kids under 12? Bring them with you to the Post-Race Party– they’re free!

Treat yourself to a warm summer night concert from a band known for combining rock and blues. Big Head Todd and The Monsters have garnered tons of loyal fans with their hybrid sound and thrilling performances. The band will be performing songs from their latest album, Black Beehive, in addition to throwback fan favorites.

• Clocks at every mile and finish line

• Medical Info: ALS units will be positioned at the aid station. In addition, course marshals and aid stations captains will be in communication with the medical teams at all times. Medical facilities will also be available at the finish line.

• Aid station: an Aid Station is located at approximately the 1.75 mile mark. The station includes sports drink, water, port-a-johns, and medical support.

+ Timing Chips:

All participants receive a B-Tag timing chip, attached to their race bib when they pick up their race materials at packet pickup. Please don’t remove the B-Tag from your bib.

+ Awards:

The top three male and female overall finishers will receive awards at the ceremony, which will take place in the Post Race Party at approximately 7:45pm. Age group awards will be sent via mail after the event.

+ Can I get a refund or transfer my entry?

All participant entries are non-transferable and non-refundable according to USATF regulations.

+ I want to be in the same corral as my friend. What can we do?

Go ahead and move back in corrals—but please don’t move up.

+ Can I walk Rock The Night 5K?

Rock The Night 5K welcomes walkers that can keep up with the 15 minute per mile pace. That’s about four miles per hour, or a very brisk walk.

+ Is there an age minimum or maximum?

Rock The Night 5K welcomes all ages to the race.

+ Are there toilets on-site?

Yes—there are port-o-johns at the start/finish area and at the aid stations.

+ Are baby carriers permitted?

Not on course, but they’re welcome in spectating sections!

+ Are dogs allowed?

Sorry, no dogs are allowed on the course.

+ Can I bring my bike?

Feel free to ride to the event, but you’ll have to park it before you get to the course.

+ Can I use multiple coupon codes?

One code per registration, please. Codes can be added during check out.

We have a fun race lineup planned and we want you to enjoy being a part of our RAM Racing team. All Ambassadors will be outfitted with RAM Racing swag.
